Brief introduction of speaker: Professor Tan Yuejin, Professor of the School of Systems Engineering, National University of Defense Technology, executive deputy director of the university's Department of Social Sciences, supervisor of doctoral students in management science and engineering, military equipment, and head of the national key first-level discipline construction of university management science and engineering. He was promoted to Major General in Professional Technology in 2008, and to Level 2 in Military Professional Technology in 2015. His main academic positions include the vice chairman of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, the vice chairman of the Management Science and Engineering Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Education Ministry of Education, and the evaluation expert of the Management Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of weaponry and equipment systems engineering, complex networks, and equipment engineering management, and presided over 1 major and key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, published more than 140 academic papers, 13 monographs and textbooks, 2 of which won the National Book Award, and 4 textbooks were national-level textbooks planned for the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" or "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the Ministry of Education.
